Prospect Place-St Marks Avenue Walk-way Connector
This long space will help the St. Marks Ave neighbors access the the Park Pl Shuttle station.It will also provide space for planting and it proposes a new green wall along the shuttle rail.Although the wall won't block all of the noise created by the train it will increase the areas designated for planting and art.
